Public Health Service Bureau Changes Name to Ramsell and Expands Offering with Introduction of New Pharmacy Benefit Management Solution

Pharmacy Benefit Management Solution Designed to Meet Unique Needs of Public Health Sector

Oakland, Calif., February 19, 2008 – Public Health Service Bureau today announced that the company has changed its name to Ramsell to reflect its continued growth, and expansion to providing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) solutions for the public health sector. With the introduction of its new PBM Solution, Ramsell will now offer a full suite of administration and information management services designed specifically to meet the needs of public health programs. Ramsell has worked in the public health sector for more than 20 years and has a wide array of experience with public health programs, such as AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) and State Pharmacy Assistance Programs (SPAP), at the city and state level.

The new Ramsell PBM Solution can be provided as a comprehensive package or as individual components for specific service needs, allowing public health programs the opportunity to customize and configure the system for their requirements. Services included in the PBM Solution include enrollment and eligibility, data management and reports, formulary management, and claims processing among others. The Ramsell PBM Solution offers multiple benefits, including data management systems that provide real-time access to data and reports that can be used for program trending and forecasting. Trending and forecasting is particularly important because it can help public health programs maximize funding to provide care for more people.
