Darcy Illg is Chief Financial Officer of Ramsell Corporation, where she manages the company’s Finance & Acounting activities and team. Prior to joining Ramsell Corporation in 2022, Darcy spent 25+ years heading Finance and Business Operations within global high growth services companies in roles ranging from Operations Manager to CFO. Darcy’s focus is on bringing a holistic view to Finance, incorporating strategic, operational, and people-related considerations and metrics to executive decision making. Darcy is also Lecturer at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and is actively sought out as a speaker for highly technical networking groups looking to provide storytelling training for individuals who “talk in numbers.” Darcy earned an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA. She has served on non-profit boards in a variety of capacities from financial to operational to executive roles.
