The D.C. Department of Health, HIV, AIDS, STD, and TB Administration (HAHSTA), CARE Bureau offers the AIDS Drug Assistance Program and the Health Insurance Assistance Program for low income District of Columbia residents with HIV infection who are uninsured or underinsured.
