Tom Loker is the Founder and Senior Partner of Thomas Loker Consulting. He has an extensive background in starting up new companies and restructuring troubled businesses. With a respected reputation within Silicon Valley and the investment community, Loker has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations. While much of Loker's experience is with technology-oriented companies, he also has significant experience in other industries, including healthcare, biotech, consumer retail, and telecom services.

Graduated by Georgetown University with an M.S. degree in Microbiology, Loker is proud to have joined forces with Flowers’ Ramsell organization, and has been instrumental in restructuring Ramsell and its subsidiaries and operations to ensure consistency and integrity to the mission of Ramsell Holding Corporation - serving the underserved and taking care of the most fragile among us.
