Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Klatt is Chief Financial Officer of Ramsell Holding Corporation, a position she has held since June, 2008.

Jennifer previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Master Replicas (later acquired by Corgi International), a provider of high quality licensed prop replicas and collectibles.

Prior to Corgi International Ltd., Jennifer was Chief Financial Officer r of Ellie Mae, a provider of electronic services that included software, website development, and a transaction processing platform for the mortgage industry.

Ms. Klatt has a BS from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
